Your Profile identifies what products or type work your company offers to iSqFt GCs. Making sure that your Profile information is up to date ensures that your company is presented to GCs when they have a project that matches your CSI Codes (Trade) and the counties you do work in.
How can I access my Profile to update it?
You can access your Profile by clicking My Profile from the Administration menu.
What can I do to make sure I am presented to GCs doing work in my area?
There are two main criteria that iSqFt uses from your Profile to match you up to GCs doing work in your area: CSI Codes and Service Area. When a GC has a project that matches the CSI Codes and Service Area on your Profile, your company is presented to the GC as a recommended bidder.
CSI Codes CSI Codes identify your trades or the products your company provide. Your CSI Codes can be defined on the CSI Detail Information section of your Profile.
To add or remove CSI Codes from your Profile click Edit CSI Detail. A new window will appear with a list of CSI Codes to choose from broken into separated into 17 Divisions. After checking all CSI Codes that apply to your company, click Update in the top right corner to return to your Profile. When you are done, remember to scroll to the top and click Update Profile to save the changes.
Service Area The Service Area section of your Profile identifies the areas where your company does work. The box on the left lists all of the counties outside your service area. The box on the right defines counties within your service area, or counties in which you do work. You can add or remove counties from the list by selecting a county and then clicking the left or right arrow buttons. You can also select a group of counties by holding the "Ctrl" or "Shift" key on the keyboard while clicking. When you are done, remember to scroll to the top and click Update Profile to save the changes.
