Dave Conway

President and CEO

As President and CEO, Dave Conway has helped turn iSqFt/Construction Software Technologies, Inc. into one of the construction industry’s leading preconstruction software providers.

Background & Accomplishments
Dave has a background in the health care construction market, which gave him a clear understanding of the relationship between owners, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

In June, 2005, Dave Conway was the recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in the South Central Ohio and Kentucky region in the Technology Category. Today he serves on the Board of Directors for United Audit Systems Inc., KDM Printing, Boys Hope Girls Hope of Cincinnati and the Ohio Elite Soccer Academy.

Fred Pugh

Chief Operating Officer

Fred has built a strong career as a proven, hands-on leader with entrepreneurial, mid-cap, and Fortune 50 companies. In his position as COO, Fred oversees the Content, Product Management, Marketing, and IT teams, ensuring that they have the direction and tools to help move iSqFt forward and meet its goals.

Background & Accomplishments
Beginning his career in finance and operations with Xerox Corporation, Fred moved to GE, where he advanced through the sales, marketing, and product management ranks. As the Executive VP of Camco, a $500 million GE affiliate, he was instrumental in returning the company to profitability. As Executive Vice President of Global Marketing and Product Management for GE Capital IT Solutions, he helped to launch GE Net solutions, an IT services business focused on Web development.

Later, Fred took on the role of CEO for Cincinnati-based PC on Call, a venture-funded IT start-up focused on the home IT market. His decision to shift the business model to B2B was instrumental in helping to build a repeatable revenue stream and putting the business in the black.

Jeff Cryder

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer of iSqFt, Jeff is responsible for safeguarding company's assets, managing business risk, shareholder relations, and, together with his team of professionals, providing accurate, timely, and relevant financial reporting.

Background & Accomplishments
Jeff's experience began in the Cincinnati office of Arthur Andersen, where he was active in the firm's local construction industry practice. For the next 20 years he was a senior finance executive in the mining, heavy equipment manufacturing, and aviation industries.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Executive Jet Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NetJets Inc., a unit of Berkshire Hathaway, Jeff's strategic, operational, and financial leadership contributed to significant revenue growth while maintaining profitability. He was also instrumental in establishing performance-based metrics, employee accountability systems and Six Sigma problem-solving methodologies.

Karen Herdina

Vice President of Content Management

For most of Karen’s tenure with iSqFt she has worked to build the best content in the construction industry, overseeing the quality and quantity of project-related information gathered by iSqFt employees and strategic partners. In 2009, iSqFt acquired online plan room Plan Express, and chose Karen to maximize profitability and ensure a smooth integration into the iSqFt roadmap.

Background & Accomplishments
With more than 20 years of technology industry experience, Karen’s background includes technical project management with an enterprise software company, technical sales management with a business intelligence and data integration company, and product marketing and partner management at General Electric.

While with General Electric, Karen earned her Six Sigma Black Belt, and is currently on the Board of North Key Community Car. She is also co-owner of a construction company, which gives her insight into the needs of construction businesses.

Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Presbyterian College and a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Marist College

Sandra Kuzma

Vice President of Human Resources

Sandra provides leadership for all aspects of human resources programs, operations and activities, and supports iSqFt’s mission and values. Her team’s responsibilities include workforce planning, recruiting, employee development, organizational development, succession planning, compensation, legal compliance, benefits and employee relations.

Background & Accomplishments
Before joining iSqFt, Sandra served as Vice President of Human Resources for the Cincinnati-based IT networking and consulting services firm PC on Call. She also served as Director of Human Resources for architectural firm Rosser International in Atlanta, GA.

Education
Bachelor of Arts degree in Policy Analysis, with a concentration in Human Resources, from Georgia State University

Henry Purdy

Vice President of Product Management

When customers log in to iSqFt to find, bid, or manage work, they see the end result of Henry’s efforts. He is responsible for the applications that streamline the workflow for hundreds of thousands of construction professionals across the U.S. each day.

Background & Accomplishments
Henry brings with him nearly two decades of construction software and management experience. He began his career as a design engineer at Black and Veatch, and went on to become a structural engineer at Rutherford and Chekene.

Before joining iSqFt, Henry served as Vice President of Product Management for BuildPoint Corporation, where he helped shape business and product strategy and customer implementation of the industry's first online preconstruction management platform.

Education
Bachelor's degree from Duke University with a major in Civil and Environmental Engineering; Master's degree in Structural Engineering from Stanford University

Sarah Maue, Esq.

Director of Business Development

As the Director of Business Development for iSqFt, Sarah is responsible for the company's worldwide partnership and acquisition strategies, including the identification of prospects and the design and implementation of policies and processes.

Background & Accomplishments
Prior to joining iSqFt, Sarah worked in a number of financial and legal positions in the technology field including five years as a Program and Financial Management Consultant for a Department of Defense Supercomputing Center. Sarah's experiences ranging from Strategic Analyst to Internal General Counsel have given her broad insight into all aspects of corporate business development strategy.

Sarah is an attorney, admitted by the Ohio State Bar in 2006, and a Certified Public Accountant.
