Dave Conway – President and CEO

As President and CEO, Dave Conway has helped turn iSqFt/Construction Software Technologies, Inc. into one of the construction industry’s leading preconstruction software providers.

Background & Accomplishments
Dave has a background in the health care construction market, which gave him a clear understanding of the relationship between owners, architects, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.

In June, 2005, Dave Conway was the recipient of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year award in the South Central Ohio and Kentucky region in the Technology Category. Today he serves on the Board of Directors for United Audit Systems Inc., KDM Printing, Boys Hope Girls Hope of Cincinnati and the Ohio Elite Soccer Academy.

Jeff Cryder – Vice President of Finance

As Vice President of Finance for iSqFt, Jeff is responsible for safeguarding company’s assets, managing business risk, shareholder relations, and, together with his team of professionals, providing accurate, timely, and relevant financial reporting.

Background & Accomplishments
Jeff’s experience began in the Cincinnati office of Arthur Andersen, where he was active in the firm’s local construction industry practice. For the next 20 years he was a senior finance executive in the mining, heavy equipment manufacturing, and aviation industries.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Executive Jet Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary of NetJets Inc., a unit of Berkshire Hathaway, Jeff’s strategic, operational, and financial leadership contributed to significant revenue growth while maintaining profitability. He was also instrumental in establishing performance-based metrics, employee accountability systems and Six Sigma problem-solving methodologies.

Alex Hart – Chief Technology Officer

iSqFt’s Chief Technology Officer oversees technical strategy and execution, product development, and network and hosting infrastructure, as well as desktop and internal support for the company.

Background & Accomplishments
Alex joined iSqFt in 2007, bringing with him extensive knowledge of content management, e-commerce, and a variety of line-of-business applications across several technologies. Prior to iSqFt, Alex consulted for a variety of organizations, including the Federal Office of Small Business Administration and Johnson & Johnson subsidiary Ethicon. He also took on the mantle of Practice Manager for Haverstock Consulting.

Alex’s diverse experience has allowed him to gather best practices surrounding the engineering and the delivery of internal- and external-facing customer portals in both the public and private sectors. It is his knowledge, insights, and experience that have helped him contribute greatly to the ongoing growth and expansion of iSqFt as a SaaS provider and as a leader in the construction industry.

Joseph Madda

Joseph Madda – Chief Information Officer

As CIO, Joseph Madda is responsible for the development and system architecture teams, and for leveraging strengths throughout the entire organization to deliver industry-leading products.

Background & Accomplishments
Before joining iSqFt, Joseph served as CIO of another construction lead service for 11 years, where he oversaw the development of web-based products and applications to transform the organization into a strong competitor in the commercial construction industry.

Previously, Joseph was the CIO and co-owner of CMJ Solutions, a Chicago-based consulting company that provides customized technology solutions to businesses in a wide variety of industries, including medical, promotional goods, and financial.

Henry Purdy – Chief Marketing Officer

When customers log in to iSqFt to find, bid, or manage work, they see the end result of Henry’s efforts. He is responsible for the applications that streamline the workflow for hundreds of thousands of construction professionals across the U.S. each day.

Background & Accomplishments
Henry brings with him nearly two decades of construction software and management experience. He began his career as a design engineer at Black and Veatch, and went on to become a structural engineer at Rutherford and Chekene.

Before joining iSqFt, Henry served as Vice President of Product Management for BuildPoint Corporation, where he helped shape business and product strategy and customer implementation of the industry’s first online preconstruction management platform.

Julie Storm – Vice President of Human Resources

As the leader of employee recruiting, retention, and well-being, Julie is charged with fostering a culture of engagement and bringing innovative strategies to enhance professional development and personal satisfaction, including leadership and training initiatives that strengthen the employee experience. Julie serves as the voice of the team and works to develop an industry-leading environment that not only services the needs of its customers, but also serves the needs of its employees.

Background & Accomplishments
Julie has over 20 years of experience in HR, beginning her career as a recruiter at Bethesda North Hospital where she eventually became the HR Manager. She has an extensive industry background managing organizational development and employee engagement in companies of all sizes.

Before joining iSqFt, Julie worked with companies like Northlich, JBM Envelope, and most recently, was the Executive Director, HR Ohio, for Interbrand. It is her ability to energize the company culture of iSqFt and develop our talented team in conjunction with her ability to develop positive cultural shifts and meet measurable financial metrics that make her such a valuable asset.

Craig Tate

Craig Tate – Chief Revenue Officer

As Chief Revenue Officer, Craig is responsible for all customer-facing functions at iSqFt, including sales, marketing, customer success management, and customer support.

Background & Accomplishments
Craig has 32 years of experience in enterprise software sales and marketing. He has had increasing levels of responsibility in leading large business-to-business software sales organizations on the regional, national, and global levels.

Before joining iSqFt in early 2015, Craig was a Senior Vice President at Salesforce.com, where he led a national team selling software as a service (SaaS) to the commercial market. Previously, Craig spent more than 17 years at Oracle in various sales leadership positions focused on SaaS and other traditional software offerings.

With his extensive software-industry experience, Craig is playing a pivotal role in evolving iSqFt’s go-to-market strategy. His top priority is ensuring that iSqFt’s customers enjoy the best possible experience and return-on-investment.

Scott Waterbury – Chief Operating Officer

As Chief Operating Officer, Scott is responsible for the company’s operations, directly overseeing data collection operations, infrastructure, product management and development, and human resources.

Background & Accomplishments
Prior to joining iSqFt, Scott was a founding member of another construction lead service, where he was an integral part of the company’s strategy, operations, and technology. He previously served as the Director of Operations at NetClerk Inc., a web-based SaaS business that facilitated the procurement of commercial construction permits and business licenses. In addition to overseeing company operations, he played a vital role in product development.
