Tracking a Project allows you to keep tabs on Projects that are important to you in one location: the Project Tracking Page.
In addition, you will also receive addenda notices via email when a new addendum is created on a Project you are tracking. This will allow you to stay on top of the projects that are important to you.
To track a Project, first open a Project to the Details page, then click the Track This Project! button.
A new box will appear on the screen allowing you to select which folder you would like to store this Tracked Project. By default, you will start with the My Tracked Projects folder but you can create additional folders to organize your Tracked Projects on the Project Tracking page. If you have created additional folders they will also appear in the Assign Project to Folder box.
Once you have selected a folder to store this Tracked Project, the Track this Project! button will update to Remove Tracking! This indicates that this Project is currently being tracked. You can click Remove Tracking! to stop tracking this Project at any time.
How do I create additional folders to organize my Tracked Projects?
To create a new folder, select the New Folder option from the Folder Options menu.
A new box will appear allowing you to enter the name for the new folder.
Once you enter the new folder name and hit Go, your new folder will be listed.
A new box will appear allowing you to choose which folder you wish to move the selected Projects to. Selecting the Deleted Projects folder will remove tracking for that Project.
