The Power of a Network

We all know that person. You know, the person who seems to know everyone. Whether you call him or her social, outgoing, engaging, or popular, which are all true, we also see that the person has one other key trait: that person is a networker.

There’s an old adage, “It’s not what you know, it’s who you know.” And while we feel having strong skill sets cannot be undervalued, and are key to having a successful operation, having a strong professional network helps you put those skills on display.
