Construction Software Technologies Firm Makes Moves

A pre-construction service company, iSqFt, announce staffing changes in Oklahoma. The company recently acquired Tulsa-based Bid News Construction Reports LLC.

The company hired Richard Knapp as director of General Contractor Sales. Knapp’s experience in the commercial construction industry includes founding and operating a general contracting company that specialized in negotiated design builds and renovations.

Knapp brings more than 25 years of leadership in entrepreneurial business operations experience to iSqFt’s clients.

“Having been a GC myself, I understand the importance of watching the bottom line. My plan is to discuss and demonstrate the productivity gains and cost savings opportunities iSqFt can offer GCs through technology. These simple changes will help them hit their business goals quickly,” Knapp said.

The company also promoted Beth Wallace to Market Reporting manger for the Tulsa and Oklahoma City Bid News/iSqFt Planrooms.

Wallace has experience in project reporting and accounting.

“Proving excellent Customer service has always been our top priority.” Wallace said. “I am looking forward to continuing that tradition with existing and new customers in my role, with a watchful eye on the securing the stimulus work for our customers.”

The company hired Bucky Cordray as the Oklahoma Market Manager. Cordray brings experience as a commercial millwork contractor and as a Regional Sales Manager for SCM Group Machinery. He was part of a launch of a state-of-the-art CNC Technical Training facility for Commercial/Residential Millwork companies.

“Over the years I’ve learned that relying on a network of contractors is the key to getting a job done on time and on budget and I’m ready to show them how iSqFt will be their tool of choice to help them win work in Oklahoma,” he said.
