iSqFt Takeoff: Evolution of the Species

The newest features and enhancements to iSqFt Takeoff 2013

Below you'll find a list of upgrades and improvements we've made to iSqFt Takeoff, keeping our commitment to listen to you and offer the industry's best, most efficient tools.

Dimension Tool

Sometimes drawings get resized, making the posted scale incorrect and making it difficult to get accurate takeoffs. But now iSqFt Takeoff lets you check the length of a known dimension to verify the scale is set correctly, all without performing a takeoff.

Drawings with Takeoff Indicator

With dozens or even hundreds of drawings in a project, how do you keep track of which ones you've done takeoffs on? iSqFt Takeoff solves that problem with an indicator that shows you at a glance what you've done and what still needs to be done.

Improved Windows 8 Compatibility

We've refreshed iSqFt Takeoff to improve Windows 8 compatibility, giving you a smoother experience and trouble-free storage of your takeoffs.

Additional Count Symbols

iSqFt Takeoff now includes more count icons, and they come in two sizes, making counting even the smallest items—like electrical boxes or plants—even easier.

Calculate Volume from a Length

iSqFt Takeoff has always had the ability to measure length, but now you can add both depth and width to calculate the volume of the length. It's perfect for calculating concrete for footings and foundation walls.

Calculate Length with Slope

With the new slope feature iSqFt Takeoff can calculate the length of a sloped surface, such as gable flashing on the edge of a pitched roof or sidewall flashing where a pitched roof ties into a wall.
