How does the Internet Plan Room work?

With their Internet Plan Room subscription, subcontractors receive 24-hour, 365-day access to project information - including plans, specs, and addenda - for the publicly bidding construction projects in the area covered by their plan room. Depending on area, our network of Plan Rooms provides project information on a local, regional, or statewide basis and can be accessed from your office, home, or remotely - anywhere you have access to the internet.

The Internet Plan Rooms provide subcontractors looking for new and better opportunities with a comprehensive database of upcoming projects in their area. The listings can be searched based on geographic parameters, or by any project or service specific criteria (such as CSI codes).

As part of the iSqFt network, the Internet Plan Room application seamlessly shares information with the Private Construction Office that general contractors use to manage the preconstruction and bidding portion of their privately bid work. Through this network, Internet Plan Room subscribers have the ability to request access from general contractors to bid on projects posted in their Private Construction Offices.
